Con el tiempo, este lugar quedó como testimonio silencioso de una forma de vida profundamente conectada con la tierra.
A story dating back more than 100 years. The manor house that welcomes our guests today was originally a "colectivo": a space where agricultural workers stayed during the harvest and other farm tasks, finding rest and refuge here. Over time, this place remained as a silent testimony to a way of life deeply connected to the land.
2020
En 2020 comenzamos su restauración con una intención clara: rescatar sin borrar su historia. Se respetaron las huellas del tiempo y se pusieron en valor sus materiales originales, conservando su estructura de adobe, sus gruesos muros, techos altos y maderas antiguas que aún dejan ver sus capas de pintura. Los cielos permiten apreciar vigas ennegrecidas por antiguos fogones, mientras que puertas y postigos originales siguen siendo protagonistas.
Restoration. In 2020, we began its restoration with a clear intention: to rescue it without erasing its history. The traces of time were respected, and the original materials were highlighted, preserving the adobe structure, thick walls, high ceilings, and ancient woods that still reveal their layers of paint. The ceilings allow for the appreciation of beams blackened by old hearths, while original doors and shutters remain the focal points.
La casa mantiene su esencia intacta, y cada rincón invita a imaginar cómo se vivía hace más de un siglo. El resultado es una atmósfera honesta y acogedora, donde la simpleza y la nobleza del lugar se transforman en su mayor valor.
